HOME Page Link         PROJECT PROCESS

The building of a web page is an iterative process. Certain steps are repeated until the desired result is found.
In this case the client must approve the draft and then the final page before it is installed on the World Wide Web. Changes can be made at any time during the process and even after the page is published. It's all up to the client.
The following describes the process:

Client contacts WRC Designs with web page details.

Web designer builds a draft model of web page from client input.

Draft and cost is discussed with client. Draft is changed. (REPEAT)

Client approves.

Designer builds prototype web page. Makes changes. (REPEAT)

Client views page, discusses changes.

Client approves. Client is billed.

Web site is launched.

  1. So, you've decided that you need a web page to expand your client base and make your presence more widely known.
You contact WRC Designs by phone, e-mail or the questionnaire on the WRC Designs web page.
  2. A web designer contacts you and "fleshes out" the information you provide, coming up with a draft of what you need.
  3. The draft is discussed with the client and changes are made. The cost is estimated.
REPEAT this step until client has the design desired.
  4. Client approves the design and cost.
The client now decides on a hosting service and verifies their web name (domain name). Client signs up for the service desired (WRC Designs will help you determine your needs and can recommend a reasonable hosting service).
  5. The designer now builds the web page in our "sandbox". Client has access to the sandbox to monitor progress and see how the page looks.
  6. The client sees what the page looks like and may recommend changes.
REPEAT this step until client has the design desired.
  7. Client approves the page and is billed.
  8. Upon payment of the invoice, the web page is published to the World Wide Web.
